ALLEN, Texas - The Lyon College softball Scots will open their 2023 season today at the SCS NAIA Invitational tournament in Allen, Texas.

The Scots, under the direction of Taylor Kuhn and new assistant coach Rick Walker, will play against Southwest Assemblies of God University at 10 a.m., then will play again in the tournament against Texas Wesleyan at 2:50 p.m.

The tournament continues through Saturday afternoon.
