Batesville, AR - Lyon College student-athletes finished the 2025 fall semester with academic excellence as 45 Scots earned 4.0 grade-point averages of the 241 recognized Friday when Lyon Athletics Director, Kevin Jenkins, announced the Fall 2025 Honor Roll. 

In order to make Athletic Director's Honor Roll, a student-athlete must finish the semester finish the semester for 3.0 or higher. 

The Scots football team lead the way with 40 athletes making the Honor Roll, baseball was second with 38 players, men's soccer had 28 athletes for third place, women's soccer had 18 student-athletes to take fourth place, Lyon volleyball and softball tied for fifth place each having 17 athletes make the list. Lyon's men's basketball team had 15 students make the list, women's basketball had 14, men's golf had 9 athletes, women's golf had 6 athletes, while men's track and field had 5 make it. Finally women's track and field had 4, both men's cross country and men's wrestling had 3 make it, while women's cross country and women's wrestling had 2 student-athletes earn spots.
