BATESVILLE, Ark. - The Lyon College men's and women's basketball teams will travel to play in tournaments this weekend starting on Friday.

The men will revisit Talladega, Alabama for the Talladega College Classic. They will tip off against the University of Fort Lauderdale (1-3) at 3:00 p.m. on Friday and will play Dalton State College (3-2) at noon on Saturday.

The women of Lyon Basketball will head for the Benedictine Classic in Atchison, Kansas. On Friday, they will battle the hosts of the tournament at 7:30 p.m., and they will face Baker University at noon on Saturday. Benedictine's overall record so far sits at 3-1 while the Wildcats of Baker are currently 2-2.

UP NEXT

After this weekend's set of tournaments, the men's team will take a week off of play before bringing home the next game hosting the Lyon College Classic next weekend on Nov. 27-28. The women will also return home for the next three meet-ups starting with College of the Ozarks on Tuesday Nov. 16.
