Lyon College

Kyle Hanaway joined the Lyon College men's basketball coaching staff as an assistant in July 2013. He joins Scots' first-year head coach Chad Tapp and was recruited by Tapp out of high school.

Hanaway was an assistant coach at Crown Point (Indiana) High School in 2012-13, also working with guard development and scouting.

He was a four-year starter at Taylor University (Indiana), signed by Tapp, who was coaching at TU at the time. Hanaway currently ranks fourth all-time in assists at Taylor.

A graduate of Crown Point, Hanaway helped the team to the Sectional Championship in 2008. He led his team to the State rounds in back-to-back seasons and was a two-time all-conference selection.
