Batesville, AR – As Lyon College strives for academic excellence within the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Scots earn recognition with 11 student-athletes named to the Winter SLIAC All-Academic Team.
Scots men's and women's basketball lead the way with each team having three honorees. Women's track and field and women's wrestling added two more athletes to the list, while men's wrestling had one athlete honored.
To qualify for the All-Academic list, athletes must be varsity competitors, have reached sophomore academic standing, completed at least one full year at their institution, and hold a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
