EDINBURGH, Indiana - The Lyon College men's golf team placed seventh out of 10 teams at the Spalding University Preview at Timberlake Golf Course tournament on Sunday afternoon.

The Scots shot a 2-day total of 603 after coming in with a 301 as a team in round 2.
John Blake Turner shot a 78 in round 2 and parred holes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 18.
Michael Winne birdied hole one and finished with a 78 on the day. He parred holes 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 18.
Ryan Kritz shot an 80 in round 2. He had a birdie on hole 16 and parred holes, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12, 13, and 18.
Brooks Vangilder shot a one-under 71 to lead the Scots in round 2. Vangilder birdied holes 2, 6 and 17. He parred 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 18.
Manav Perfecto shot an 84 on the second day. He birdied holes 2 and 13, while parring holes 1, 6, 9, 10 and 14.
