BOSSIER CITY, Louisiana - Lyon's Kaylei Parish defeated K. Siedel from UNLV in the Consolation semifinals to earn her way to the third place bout with L. Davila Ortiz on Saturday afternoon in the NCWA National Tournament.

Parish defeated Seidl by fall (4:21) to advance and was the last Scot standing in the final rounds for the women wrestlers. She battled hard against Ortiz, but eventually fell by a fall (4:16) to take fourth place home in the 103 pound classification.

Earlier in the day, Rubi Gonzalez, wrestling in the 110-pound classification, had defeated M. Ajaz in the first session of the Consolation Round of 4, however fell to L. Voakes in the second session of the Consolation Round of 4 by fall (2:29). Gonzalez placed 6th.

Both Parish and Gonzalez were named NCWA All-Americans.
