BOSSIER CITY, Lousiana - Kaylei Parish and Rubi Gonzalez will be representing Lyon College when they wrestle on Saturday morning in the NCWA Women's National Tournament semifinals in their respective weight classes.

In the 103 pound classification, Parish was defeated in the Championship Round of 16 by K. Seidl in a fall (2:34). Parish went to the Consolation Round of 8 and defeated Z Garcia by fall (3:31), defeated C. Kling by fall (3:46) and defeated V. Boster by fall (2:37) to advance to the semifinals.

In the 110 pound classification, Gonzalez defeated C. Cardona-Arce by fall (2:00) in the Championship Round of 16. 
Gonzalez advanced to the Championship quarterfinals where she was defeated by K. Corona by fall (1:55). 
Gonzalez went to the Consolation Round of 8 where she defeated K. Baeza by fall (2:28), then Gonzalez defeated M. Ajaz by fall (6:01) in the Consolation Round of 4 to advance to the semifinals.

To recap the rest of the Scots women wrestlers:
Mikayla Wallace, Sydney Milligan and D'Mysha James were not medically cleared to wrestle in their weight classes for the event.
