BOSSIER CITY, Louisiana -- Lyon College men's and women's wrestling begin their weekend of competition at the 2025 NCWA Nationals in Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City.
The Scots women's wrestling team begins on Thursday, March 13, at 9 a.m. with their side of the tournament running through Saturday, March 15.
The men's wrestling team for the Scots will begin their weekend of competition on Saturday, March 15 at 9 a.m. and run through Sunday, March 16.
The Scots' women brackets begin with Kaylei vs. K. Siedel of UNLV in the 103 pound class;
Rubi Gonzalez will take on C. Cardona-Arce in th 110 pound class;
Mikayla Wallace will wrestle A. Nguyen of the University of Washington in the 138 pound class;
Sidney Milligan gets a bye to the Round of 16 in the 160-pound class and will wrestle the winner of N. Frayle of WSU and J. Rodriguez Garay; and
D'Mysha James will wrestle K. Harrison of UTU in the 180 pound classification.
For the Scots' men brackets,
Ty Ferguson will wrestle R. Rashid of UCONN in the 125 pound class; Sam Tabek will wrestle M. Slass of RPI in the 133-pound class; Clay Queen, Jr. will wrestle J. Dean of UCONN in the 149 pound class; Liam Selhourst will wrestle S. Szabo of UNF in the 184 pound class;
Eli Lupton will wrestle G. Mullinax of Ohio State in the 197 pound class; and
Robert Lee will wrestle D. Kolenovic of STCC in the 285 pound classification.
