BATESVILLE, Arkansas - The Lyon College Scots baseball team lost 11-4 to the Hendrix Warriors on Wednesday night at Fred Wann Field.

The Scots (2-8) trailed 9-0 before scoring three times in the bottom of the sixth inning and adding a run in the bottom of the seventh. 
In the bottom of the sixth, Logan Doody led off with a walk, Braden Hendrix walked, then Doody stole third. Garrett Graef walked to load the bases and Gavin Caldwell drew a walk to bring in Doody. With two outs, Ashton Compton walked to bring in Hendrix. Kooper McCoy also drew a walk to score Graef to make it 9-3.

In the bottom of the seventh, Doody singled through the left side, advanced to second on a passed ball and Hendrix walked. With two outs, Caldwell singled to right field to score Doody and make it a 9-4 game. 

Hendrix added two more runs in the top of the ninth inning to lead by seven runs.

Lyon College had six hits in the game. Compton, Logan Lightner, Doody and Graef had one hit each, while Caldwell had two hits on the night.
The Scots used five pitchers. Colton Williams pitched 1.2 innings and allowed one run, Connor Taylor pitched three innings and allowed four runs, Ian Jackson came in and gave up three runs and got one out, Carter Sprague gave up one run and got one out, then Blair Francis pitched 3.2 innings and gave up two runs.
