ST. LOUIS, Missouri - The Lyon College women's basketball team lost to the Transylvania Pioneers 110-54 in the consolation game at the McWilliams Classic at Washington University in St. Louis on Saturday afternoon.

The Scots (3-3) had no one score in double figures for the contest. Lyon College was led by Samantha Taylor with nine points, Savanna Lopez had eight points, Natalya Kaza had eight points, Haven Cooper scored six points, Molly Mason had four points, Emily Walley scored seven points, Olivia Wallace had four points, Jewel Walley had two points, Savannah Stout had two points, Izabel Soto scored two points and Olivia Jones scored two points. Alexis Shelton, Mia Winston and Faith James played in the basketball game and did not score.

The Scots were outscored 32-9 in the first quarter, 22-9 in the second quarter, 28-15 in the third quarter and 28-21 in the fourth period.

Lopez was named to the McWilliams Classic All-Tournament team.
