CREVE COEUR, Missouri - The Lyon College women's soccer team stepped out of SLIAC conference play on Saturday to face the University of Health, Sciences and Pharmacy Eutectics in St. Louis.
The Scots (2-5-2, 1-0-1) dropped a 4-1 decision to UHS&P with Scots forward
Jessica Steele accounting for the only score for Lyon College.
Steele netted the game's first goal in the 22nd minute on an assist by
Emma Rumore. UHS&P came back to tie the match at 1-1 by halftime and then added three goals in the second half.
Steele had five shots at the goal, two of which were on-goal kicks and scored once.
Lauren Couture had a shot on-goal,
Katelyn Balderas had one shot,
Emilee Simpson had one shot,
Nataly Furne had two shots and one of those was on-goal and
Allison Byars had one shot, as did
Millie Beller.Â
