HENDERSON, TN. - The Lyon College men's golf team is in eighth place after the first day of the Freed Hardeman University Fall Invitational tournament at Chickasaw Golf Course in Henderson, Tennessee.
The Scots were led by
Brody Jeanes with a 78 on the par 72 course.
William Bolles and
Calvin Hedgepeth followed Jeanes by both shooting 83s on the day, then
Luke Jackson and
Tyler Doucet both shot 86s,
Wes Lange came in with a 94 and Nick Thiel shot a 98.
Lyon College totaled 330 for the first round.Â
The Scots women's golf team is in sixth place after round one with a total of 118.Â
Sydney Czanstkowski led Lyon College with a 77, followed by
Emma Johnson with a 94,
Madison Robb shot a 104 and
Abigale Brantner came in with a 131.
