POINT LOOKOUT, MO. - The Lyon College volleyball Scots dropped three straight sets to College of the Ozark on Tuesday night in Point Lookout, Missouri.

Against the Bobcats, the Scots lost the first set 25-23, lost the second set 25-23, and the third set 25-15 to lose the match 3-0 in a tough battle.

Kylee Sabella led the Scots in kills with eight, Isabella Beasley and Jayden Hughes finished with six kills each in the defeat. 

Hughes had three ace serves to lead Lyon College, while Samantha Ferguson contributed one service ace. 

Cassidy Garrett led in assists with 13, Madeline Hopson added 10, and Beasley contributed four assists in the defeat. 

Erin Haigwood led the Scots in digs with 18 while Hughes tallied 16 digs in the match.

Lyon College Scots overall record is now 5-7. The Scots return to action on September 19 at Crowley's Ridge College at 6 p.m. in Paragould, Arkansas.
