Tonight, the Lyon College Scots will host the Stephens College Stars in an American Midwest Conference women's basketball game at Becknell Gymnasium at 5:30 p.m.
The Scots are 21-4 overall and 13-1 in the AMC, leading by one game over Columbia College. The Stars enter the game with a 7-13 overall record and are 3-10 in league play.
In the Stars most recent game, Marveen Ross scored 22 points in a 72-37 loss at Columbia College on Feb. 8. Ross also had seven rebounds. Myliaha Ezeofor had eight rebounds and Alexis Scott-Windham had six boards.
The Scots are coming off a 56-44 win Central Baptist College on Tuesday night. Jade Giron scored 15 points, had eight rebounds and 10 assists Allison Byars added 10 points and had five reobunds for Lyon College.
The Scots are 16-0 against the Stars and won the last meeting on Jan. 13, 66-38.
