ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Lyon College women's basketball team will be on the road for its second American Midwest Conference game at the Missouri Baptist Spartans. 

The Scots are 1-2 and 1-0 on the season with losses at College of the Ozarks and Texas A&M-Texarkana. Lyon College defeated Cottey College 89-75 in the AMC-opener in Nevada, Missouri on Thursday. Allison Byars scored 30 points, while Paige Tate and Kayla Richardson both had 12 points. 

The Spartans are 3-2 overall and won their AMC opener against William Woods on Thursday night 50-41. Tionne Taylor led the Spartans with 21 points.
