BATESVILLE, Ark. - The Lyon College men's soccer Scots allowed two first half goals and fought even in the second half among several yellow cards in a 2-0 loss to Missouri Baptist at Huser Field on Saturday afternoon in American Midwest Conference action.

Both Missouri Baptist goals came within two minutes of each other at the 24:08 and 25:21 mark of the first half and both were scored by Rasmus Svensson.

Nine yellow cards and one red card were served by the officials during the match. Five yellows were on the Spartans and four yellows and one red were given to the Scots (3-10-3, 2-3-1). 

Leonardo Galdino had three shots at the goal, two of which were on-goal and saved by the MBU goalie. Jevanni Hinkson had one shot and Felipe Teruel had two shots on-goal for the Scots in the match.
