BATESVILLE, Ark. – The Lyon College men's soccer team used three second-half goals to defeat Lindenwood University-Belleville by a score of 3-2 Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Scots will take on No. 3 seed Park University in the semifinals of the AMC Tournament.
Lyon moves to 14-4-1 overall, while Lindenwood University-Belleville ends their season with an 8-9-1 overall record.

GAME FLOW
Both sides generated chances in the first half, but were unable to get on the board. As the halftime whistle sounded, the match remained scoreless. Lyon outshot Lindenwood University-Belleville, 8-6.
The Lynx got on the scoreboard first off a goal by Drew Travis, giving LUB a 1-0 advantage. Drew Travis scored again in the 71
st minute, extending LUB's lead to two. The Scots, down two goals late in the second half and playing a man down, needed to make a comeback quick. Just two minutes later,
Nathan Wilson delivered the ball into the box to
Rafael Santos. Santos snuck a shot past the keeper, cutting LUB's lead in half. In the 77
th minute,
Rafael Santos sent a pass out wide to
Emanuel Santos. Santos took the ball up the side before sending a cross into the box.
Marcos Fernandez got on the end of the cross and struck a shot past the keeper and into the back of the net, knotting the match at two. With just under five minutes to play,
Leo Galdino slid a pass to
Estiven Garcia. Garcia delivered a shot into the back of the net, earning Lyon a dramatic, 3-2, come-from-behind victory on Saturday.
