Texas College: In a match Head Coach Ray Green called "the best offensive performance the Lyon College Volleyball Team has had in recent history," the Scots jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. Michayla Shanks, Maria Eleni Bampiri, and Maggee Hobson combined for 24 kills to help lead the Scots past the Steer.
Jarvis Christian College: The Scots used their depth to wear down and defeat the Lady Bulldogs in convincing fashion. Kendra Davidson and Kaitlyn Jacksoneach recorded 12 assists to help the Scots defeat JCC in three sets.

Texas College:
- Michayla Shanks led Lyon with 9 kills, while Kaitlyn Jackson recorded a team high 13 assists.
- Madisson Williams tallied a team high 5 aces in the match.
- Lyon bested the Steer in kills 44-18 and edged TC in aces 12-1.
Jarvis Christian College:
- Michayla Shanks and Katherine Jeane overwhelmed the Lady Bulldogs with 19 kills.
- Kendra Davidson and Kaitlyn Jackson combined for 24 assists.
- The Scots totaled 10 more aces and 27 more kills than JCC.

Lyon continues play tomorrow in the Philander-Smith College Volleyball Classic in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Scots will battle Tougaloo College at 10 a.m. and Philander-Smith College at 2 p.m.
