Ellie Embry. HU would answer back as they quickly went on a 13-3 run to extend their lead to 20-8. The Scots would fight back, however, the Lady Bison would take the second set 25-15.
The third set was the most competitive of the match. Harding held a 21-15 advantage late in the set. However, the Scots rallied to cut the Lady Bison's lead to two, 23-21. The Scots fought valiantly throughout the third set, but the Lady Bison's connection of Rachel Heussner (36 assists) and Zoe Hardin (11 kills) proved to be too much as Harding defeated Lyon 25-23, winning the match 3-0.
