Biography
Emily Betzold is entering her Junior year as a student at Lyon College and second season for the Lyon Women's Soccer Team.
She is a native of Frisco, Texas, where she is a 2022 graduate of Reedy High School. Throughout her youth, she was also a player in the FC Dallas 04 Youth League.
She is currently majoring in Art and Business, and is the daughter of Robert and Laura Betzold.
Emily last appeared for the Scots during the 2022 season, in which she started 15/16 games, was top-five on the team in minutes played, and garnered an assist in the Sep. 14 matchup against the University of the Ozarks.
