Biography

Tristen Wood is entering his Freshman year as a student at Lyon College, and is first season for the Lyon Football team.

He is a native of Bluff Dale, Texas, and is a 2024 graduate of Bluff Dale High School. While at BDHS, he was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, FFA, and the Student Advisory Council.

He also lettered in six sports -- He earned First Team All-District selections in football and baseball, a Second Team All-District selection in basketball, and was a two-time State Regional qualifier in cross country.

Tristen will be majoring in Exercise Science, and is the son of Leslie and Andrea Wood. He also has three siblings -- Jillian, Aiden and DJ.
