Lyon College

Joshua Oliver came to Lyon after spending two seasons on the coaching staff at NCAA Division I (FCS) Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tenn. Oliver and the staff helped turn the Governors around from going 1-35 overall - including a 0-11 mark in the first year with the new coaching staff -  to an 8-4 record in their second season (three of those losses came to FBS programs and one came to the No. 4-ranked team in FCS). In three straight years, the Governors signed a top-five FCS recruiting class and also had the top overall class after the 0-11 season. 

Oliver graduated from Austin Peay with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance. He is the son of Joseph and Vera Oliver.
