Ty Ferguson, competing at 133 pounds, delivered a determined performance that earned 2.0 team points for the Scots. After an initial bye, Ferguson faced a setback in Championship Round 2, falling to a Illinois Wesleyan wrestler. He quickly regained momentum in the consolation bracket, following a second bye with a standout performance in Consolation Round 3. There, he secured a dominant 19-6 major decision over conference foe, Eureka, highlighting his scoring capability. Ferguson's run ultimately ended in Consolation Round 4 against another SLIAC conference member from University of the Ozarks, finishing the tournament with a 1-2 record.
