St. Louis, MO – The Scots men's soccer team fell 3-0 to the Webster University Gorloks, struggling to generate offensive momentum throughout the match. With the result, Lyon moves to 4-4-3 on the season.
Tiago Donadon led the Scots in shots, recording two attempts, one of which was on target.

Traviss Ragan and
Inaki Terra each added a shot, with Nunes and Terra putting their attempts on target.
Henrique Megale started in goal for Lyon, recording five saves.
Lyon endured an intense, first half against Webster.
Henrique Megale anchored the Scots' backline under a strong offense, engineering three spectacular saves to limit the Gorloks' attacking front. Offensively,
Tiago Donadon generated the Scots' best scoring look with a shot attempt early in the period. Tensions peaked at the 19:36 mark when
Mateus Rezende was ejected with a straight red card, following an earlier yellow. Yellow cards were also assessed to
Matheus Nunes and Donadon, forcing head coach tactical rotations to bring
Joel Busby off the bench. Gorloks were able to score two goals and hold a lead as they go into the half.
In the second, Scots displayed tremendous resilience during a demanding second half against Webster, aggressively pushing forward despite playing shorthanded. The Scots' attacking unit consistently threatened the Gorloks' defense, with
Matheus Nunes,
Inaki Terra, and
Tiago Donadon all executing precise, shots on target that forced sharp saves from the opposing keeper.
Traviss Ragan also added to the offensive pressure with a late shot attempt.
Henrique Megale stood tall under continuous transition pressure, racking up two critical second-half saves. Though a physical battle led to a late yellow card for
Roman Magnanelli, tactical support from Jake Mcmurdo,
Cole James,
Remigio Montesdeoca, and
Piero Macias sustained the Scots' high work rate until the final whistle. Gorloks would find the back of the net once more to take a 3-0 win over the Scots.
