Searcy, AR - This past Friday, the Lyon College Scots men's cross country team competed in the Bison Invitational hosted by Harding University. Lyon was one of 12 teams taking on the 4-mile course, finishing 8th overall with a score of 257.
Collin Orvin led the Scots, placing 59th overall with a time of 26:38.32. He was followed closely by Austin Young, who clocked in at 27:41.86 for a 63rd-place finish.
Noah Cordes came through in 66th with a time of 28:36.30, while Gavin Bush ran 28:47.02, placing 68th. Jakobe Alcorn finished 69th with a time of 29:03.63.

Lyon men's cross country will run again traveling to St. Louis, Missouri to compete in the Principia Twilight Meet hosted by Principia College on Wednesday, October 8th at 5:00 PM.
