Starting things off in the first half, the Tigers jumped out to an early 6-0 lead before Kenneth Brown broke the run with a deep three. A foul on the shot sent him to the line, converting the four-point play to cut the deficit to 8-4. Midway through the half, Brody Tucker capitalized on a clean setup and finished at the rim to bring the Tigers' lead down to one. ETBU pushed ahead briefly, but Georges Archer responded with a three to pull the Scots within five—then drilled another moments later to tie the game at 26. As the half wound down, the Scots surged on a strong scoring run, building a nine-point advantage. Lyon takes a 35-26 lead into the break.
