BATESVILLE, Arkansas -- Lyon College defeated Central Baptist College 3-1 in their final home match for the 2024 season.

The Scots (16-7, 8-6) fell in a hard-fought first set by a score of 25-23. They responded by winning the next three sets, starting with an emphatic 25-15 victory in the second set. Sets three and four were each grueling battles, but saw the Scots defeat the Mustangs by final scores of 29-27 and 25-23, respectively.

Lyon College volleyball closes out the 2024 regular season this Saturday, November 2 when they travel to Eureka College for a final SLIAC tri-match against both Eureka and Spalding University, beginning at 10:00 AM.

The Scots finish the 2024 season with a 9-1 record inside Becknell Gymnasium.
