LITCHFIELD, Illinois - The Lyon College men's cross country team ran sixth out of 10 in the SLIAC cross country post-season meet on Saturday.
William Zamorano ran the men's 8K in a tim eof 28:56.21 for the top Scots runner to finish. He was 26th overall.
Gavin Bush ran 34th overall in a time of 30:13.51, Gage Jackson was 36th in a time of 30:21.79;
Jakobe Alcorn ran 59th in a time of 32:52.47;
Mark Brill was 61s in a time of 33:41.64;
Andrew Hernandez ran 63rd in a time of 33:56.91; Jacob Beam was 65th in a time of 35:10.90; and
Joseph Peal ran 73rd in a time of 40:09.42.
The Scots had 158 points as a team.
