COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Lyon College men's and women's basketball teams left a snowy Batesville, Arkansas on Wednesday afternoon to get on the road for tonight's American Midwest Conference contest at Columbia College. 

The Scots women (7-9, 6-6) are entering tonight's 5:30 p.m. game coming off a 70-54 home loss to Missouri Baptist University last Saturday afternoon at Becknell Gymnasium. The host Cougars (15-4, 10-2) kept pace with league-leading MBU by defeating Stephens College at home on Saturday 73-54.

The Scots men (6-10, 2-7) suffered an 89-67 loss to Missouri Baptist last Saturday, while Columbia (16-5, 8-1) defeated Williams Baptist last Thursday, 79-72. The two teams tip off at 7:30 p.m. in Columbia.
