MCKENZIE, Tenn. - The Lyon College Scots improved to 22-14 overall with a 5-1 win at Bethel University on Tuesday night in McKenzie, Tennessee.
The Scots trailed 1-0 until the top of the seventh inning when
Jayden Cull hit a three-run homer that scored
Alec White and
Alan West. Still in the seventh,
Troy Strack doubled in Hadyn Finley for a 4-1 lead.
Lyon College added another run in the top of the eight inning when
Logan Doody walked with the bases loaded.
The Scots will be back in American Midwest Conference play at William Woods on Friday and Saturday.
