Grant Patterson scored 22 points,
Eric Koludrovic and
Trenton Bell each added 16 points and
John Paul Morgan had 12 points in a 76-65 American Midwest Conference win at Harris-Stowe State University on Friday afternoon.
The Scots shot 28-of-55 from the field for 50.9 percent and made 9-of-23 three-pointers along with 11-of-14 free throws against Harris-Stowe. Morgan had seven rebounds and five assists, Koludrovic added nine boards and had three steals and former Bryant Hornet
Gavin Brunson garnered seven rebound and scored four points.
The Scots led 40-33 at halftime. Harris-Stowe took the lead by one point in the second half, but baskets and three-pointers from Morgan, Patterson, Bell, Brunson,
Devan Halford and Koludrovic turned a deficit into a 10-point lead with one minute to play in the game.
The Scots play on Saturday at 4 p.m. against the University of Health, Sciences and Pharmacy.
