ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Lyon College volleyball Scots will be on the road on Friday to take on the  #17 Missouri Baptist University Spartans in regular season American Midwest Conference action beginning at 6 p.m. at the Carl and Deloris Petty SRC.

The Scots (10-14, 4-4) are coming off a tough loss to Stephens College last Saturday that cost them a chance to remain in fourth place. Lyon College is currently in sixth place in the conference standings a half game behind Cottey College and one game behind Stephens College with two more matches remaining in the season before the conference tournament starts next week.

Currently, Kylee Sabella is fourth overall in the conference in kills with 260 and third overall in points with 307 that averages to 3.65 per set.  Samantha Ferguson is ninth in blocks with 58 and Erin Haigwood leads the AMC in digs with an average of 5.29 per set (84 saves of 444 digs).
