NEVADA, Missouri - The Lyon College women's basketball team will open American Midwest Conference action tonight at the Hinkhouse Center on the campus of Cottey College at 5:30 p.m.

The Scots (0-2) are coming off a loss at Texas A&M-Texarkana (90-53) and the Cottey College Comets (3-1) lost on Saturday at home to Graceland University (86-59).

This will be the AMC opener for both teams. 

Against Graceland, Olivia Pruitt led Cottey College with 23 points and Claudia Hadlock had 12. Lyon College was led by Kayla Richardson with 13 points on Saturday in Texarkana and Paige Tate was next with seven points.
