BATESVILLE, Ark. - The Lyon College women's golf team is in second place after Day 1 of the Lyon College Invitational at The Course at Eagle Mountain.

Williams Baptist leads the women's group with a total of 377, while the Scots are in second with a 422.

Lyon College was led by Sydney Czanstkowski with a 91 after pars on the hole 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15, and 16. Madison Robb was second for the Scots with a 98, Emma Johnson shot a 101 and Abigale Brantner came in with a 132. 

The ladies finish Invitational play on Tuesday morning, teeing off a 9 a.m.
