BATESVILLE, Ark. – The Lyon College volleyball team will prepare to host the Highlander Invitational as the two-day tournament will take place this Friday and Saturday at Becknell Gymnasium. The Scots will face Jarvis Christian, College of the Ozarks, Mid-America Christian and Centenary College during the tournament.

SCOUTING REPORTS
LYON: The Scots enter this weekend's invitational with a record of 4-1. Natalia Szymanska leads the Scots with 40 kills on the season, while Adia Sherbeyn has tallied a team-high 68 digs. Layla Wilson has dished out a team-high 98 assists through the first five matches.
CC: Centenary College will be making its 2021 season debut this weekend. Of the 21 players on the roster for Centenary, only seven of them are upperclassmen.
MACU: Mid-America Christian enters this weekend with a record of 4-3 overall. Hanna Foecker leads MACU with 125 kills this season. No other player has more than 55 kills this season for MACU. Foecker is also second on the team with 15 total blocks, while Allison Porter leads MACU with a team-high 32 blocks this season.
JCC: Jarvis Christian opened up the year with four losses last weekend at the Philander Smith College Tournament. Keyona Easter leads JCC with 23 kills this season, while Amariah Kendrick has collected a team-high 26 digs.
CofO: College of the Ozarks enters this weekend's tournament at 2-0 overall. Ryley Thixton and Brooklyn Crawford are the leading attackers for the Lady Bobcats with 32 and 27 kills, respectively. Mica Chadwell leads CofO with a team-high 22 digs so far this season.

Following this weekend's Highlander Invitational, the Scots will travel to College of the Ozarks for a non-conference match on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
