BATESVILLE, Ark. – The Lyon College men's soccer team will be the first team to compete this fall as the Scots will open up their season with a neutral site game against LSU-Alexandria on Wednesday. Kick-off for Wednesday's contest is set to take place at 5 p.m. in Texarkana, Texas.

SCOUTING REPORTS
LYON: The Scots posted a record of 7-4-2 this past spring and reached the semifinals of the American Midwest Conference Tournament. Lyon returns five All-AMC players from the spring. Goalkeeper Dan Huff and defender Paul-Florian Efang earned first-team honors, while Jonathan Carrere (defender), Marcos Fernandez (forward) and Punya Saleekul (defender) all were named as an honorable mention selection.
LSUA: The Generals finished the spring season with a record of 5-5-3 and earned a berth to the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round after winning the Red River Conference Tournament. Shaun Spencer netted three goals for the Generals during the spring, which was the second-most on the team.
