The Scots ended their season at 15-2 overall.

Lyon weathered a pair of early runs by Westmont in the first quarter as the Warriors built a pair of five-point leads. Trailing by a score of 15-10 with 3:26 left in the first period, Paige Kelley and Marleigh Dodson brought the Scots back within one with a bucket each before a put-back by Iyree Jarrett gave Westmont a 17-14 lead at the end of the quarter.

A bucket by Katie Turner at the 4:03 mark in the second quarter gave the Scots a 24-23 lead before the two teams went on to exchange a bucket each. Later in the quarter, Turner broke a 29-29 tie with a pair of free throws before the junior went on to add a pair of buckets and gave the Scots a 35-29 lead at the half.

Westmont regained the lead in the opening minutes of the third quarter as the Warriors opened up the period on a 10-0 run. Mari-Hanna Newsom ended the scoreless streak for Lyon with a three-pointer from the corner as the momentum began to shift in favor of the Scots. A second three by Newsom with 1:29 left in the quarter pushed the Scots' lead to 48-43 before the Warriors answered back with a three of their own. Lyon added another bucket in the closing seconds of the quarter as Kelley scored a layup on an assist by Turner.

The Warriors used another big run to overtake the lead in the opening minutes of the fourth quarter as Westmont outscored Lyon, 16-4, in the first six minutes of the period. The Scots rallied back and pulled within three on a jumper by Dodson, but Westmont hit three of its final four free throws to hold off Lyon down the stretch.
