SCOUTING THE SCOTS

The Scots enter Saturday's game at 6-3 overall and 5-2 in the Sooner Athletic Conference. The six wins are currently tied with the 2017 team for the most wins in the modern era. The 2017 team finished the year 6-5.

Isaiah Bradford broke the program's single-season record for passing yards last weekend against Arizona Christian. Bradford has thrown for 1,845 yards this year, which broke Cody Jones' record of 1,813 passing yards, which he threw for in 2017. Bradford's favorite target – Randy Satterfield – is also closing in on a pair of single season records of his own. Satterfield has caught 39 passes for 714 yards and nine touchdowns. Satterfield needs just 11 more points and five more receptions to break the single season records for those categories.

Defensively, Sam Taylor leads the Scots with 88 total tackles this season. He needs just 12 more tackles to pass his program record he set last season, when he recorded 99 total tackles. Kareem Warren leads the team with 14 tackles-for-loss this season and needs just three more tackles-for-loss to pass Ethan Skarmas, who recorded 16.5 tackles-for-loss last season.

SCOUTING THE AGGIES

OPSU enters Saturday's game at 3-6 overall and 3-4 in the conference after defeating SAGU, 35-0, last weekend at home.

Tony Brown will get the start at quarterback for the Aggies. Brown has completed 58-of-168 passes for 674 yards with seven touchdowns and six interceptions. His favorite targets are Jaishone Brown and Seth Barbarino. Brown leads the receiving corps with 26 catches for 344 yards and three touchdowns. Barbarino is second on the team in receptions (16), but leads OPSU in receiving yards (345) and receiving touchdowns (4).

Diamante Pounds is the focal point of the Aggies' defense. Pounds leads the team with 91 total tackles this season, while no other Aggie has more than 44 tackles. His 91 total tackles and 10.1 tackles per game lead the Sooner Athletic Conference. He has accounted for 17.5 tackles-for-loss and 4.5 sacks this season as well. Pounds ranks sixth in the NAIA in tackles-for-loss per game (1.9) and ninth in total tackles-for-loss.
