BATESVILLE, Ark. – The Lyon College men's soccer team squares off with William Woods University on Saturday. The match will begin at 1:30 p.m.

William Woods University: The William Woods University Owls are 6-11 on the year, 4-6 in the AMC. The Owls are coming off a 6-1 victory over St. Louis College of Pharmacy on Tuesday. William Woods is led up front by Billy Nzojyibwami and Darren Wilson. Nzojyibwami has scored a team-best 13 goals, while Wilson has recorded a team-high five assists so far this season. The Owls will lean on goalkeeper, Iker Gonzalez, who has tallied 93 saves in the 2019 campaign.

(RV) Lyon College: The Lyon College Scots are 12-4-1 on the season, including an 8-1-1 record in AMC play. Lyon is currently riding a five-match win streak with wins over Harris-Stowe State University, Missouri Baptist University, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, Hannibal-LaGrange University, and Park University. The Scots are led up front by Raimundo Cabello and Marcos Fernandez. Cabello has tallied nine goals on the year, while Fernandez has recorded an AMC-best 16 assists to go along with nine goals scored. Lyon's Rafael Santos has scored six goals and recorded four assists on the year, while Emanuel Santos has posted 10 assists and scored five times during the 2019 campaign. Lyon College goalkeeper, Vicente Alamos, has totaled a team-best 47 saves, including four clean sheets.

Lyon is 3-4 all-time against William Woods University, with their most recent meeting being in 2018 as the Owls defeated the Scots by a score of 1-0.
