GAME FLOW 
The first half began with Williams Baptist firing up four shots in the first 13 minutes, one of which hit the crossbar. The Scots held strong defensively and got their chance in the 19th minute as Marcos Fernandez found Estiven Garcia who delivered the ball to the bottom left corner of the net. This gave the Scots a 1-0 advantage and the score would remain there heading into the half.

Williams Baptist continued to attack offensively as was the case in the first half outshooting the Scots 8-1 in the first 45 minutes. The Scots, though, were up for the challenge and defended flawlessly. The Eagles searched for the equalizer late in the second half, but Lyon's defense was superb tonight keeping Williams Baptist off the scoreboard. As the final whistle sounded, the Scots earned a 1-0 victory over the Williams Baptist Eagles Tuesday afternoon.

KEY STATISTICS
- Lyon's Estiven Garcia, scored the game-winning goal and accounted for all three of Lyon's shots on goal.   
- Lyon goalkeeper, Vicente Alamos, made a game-high five saves en route to a shutout.
- Williams Baptist outshot Lyon 16-5.
