GAME FLOW
William Woods and Lyon battled the entire first set with the Owls squeaking out a 25-23 victory to give them a 1-0 advantage. The Scots and the Owls exchanged leads early and often in the second set. 25 points was not enough to determine the winner for this set as each team fought off set points. WWU, though, would win the set 30-28 behind strong play from Jaclyn Zahn and Troy Wiley as they each finished with 10 kills in the match. WWU took an early 5-1 lead in the third set and never looked back to win the set 25-17.
