Lyon and Missouri Baptist exchanged points early in this match leading to a 15-13 Spartans advantage. However, the Spartans closed the first set on a 10-3 run to take a 1-0 lead. Kaitlyn Jackson led the Scots with 10 assists, while Ellie Embry finished with 9. Michayla Shanks recorded a team-high 6 kills, and Madison Williams recorded 9 digs on the day.
