Waverly, IA – Scots men's cross country took on the NCAA DIII Midwest Region Championships hosted by Wartburg College, competing against some of the nation's top runners and delivering several solid finishes on the 8k course.
In a field of 239 runners, five Scots represented Lyon at the regional meet.
Collin Orvin led the group with a 211th-place finish, clocking a time of 32:02.3. Close behind,
Noah Cordes finished 219th with a time of 32:43.3.
Daniel Thomas followed in 225th, crossing the line in 33:34.6.
Bryce Barry beat both his personal and season-best 8k times, finishing 232nd with a time of 34:42.3.
Jakobe Alcorn also set a new season best, rounding out the Scots' results by placing 237th in 35:56.0.
