St. Louis, MO – In the early morning hours in St. Louis, the Lyon men's cross country team took to the course for the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship. The Scots finished seventh overall out of nine teams, highlighted by a strong individual performance that broke into the top 30.
The Scots brought a total of six runners to the meet, contributing to a competitive field of 63 participants.
Collin Orvin led the way for Lyon, finishing 29th overall with an impressive time of 31:51.12. Close behind,
Noah Cordes secured 36th place with a time of 32:37.22. Rounding out the top 40,
Gavin Bush crossed the line in 39th, clocking in at 33:10.46.
Daniel Thomas followed closely behind, finishing 41st with a time of 33:14.61.
Bryce Barry placed 54th, crossing the line at 34:46.95, while
Jakobe Alcorn rounded out the Scots' efforts, finishing 58th with a time of 36:59.38.
